Originally from Memphis, TN, Brandy Bell is a strong finance professional who moved to the Chicagoland to further hone her analytical skills. This coupled with her undergraduate degree in Accounting, Experience as a Tutor and the Southern Hospitality ingrained from a very early age has given her the valuable skills to provide top tier service and help navigate her clients through their transactions as a trusted advisor. Brandy also has a passion for turning houses into homes: she founded Welcomed Interiors which is an interior design studio after managing and staging vacation rentals for years. She's a budding real estate investor who sees potential in fixer uppers and finds real estate as a vehicle for wealth creation.
